My gas cooker is 2 years old ..the top 4 gas jets all wont work just no gas..grill and oven working any ideas?
If the hob has a lid then when the lid is lifted it allows a shut off valve to lift ( usually a plunger type valve ) this opens the gas supply to the top burners. quite often a small amount of WD40 might free the plunger and allow it to lift it may be the valve may need replacing or re -greasing with gas suitable grease. You may have to get a Gas Safe Register engineer to look at it.
