For most of us, American Tapas is a new way of dining.  Larger than traditional Spanish tapas, our menu creates the opportunity for you to enjoy a meal as small or as large as you like.  Choose from the ever growing menu at Fireside red and create a dining experience that includes multiple flavors from numerous dishes instead of just one dish with one taste.  The average diner will want to choose 2-4 dishes to satisfy their hunger.  Some diners will choose more, and some will choose less.  That is the beauty of American Tapas.  You get to decide how much you eat.  The results are satisfied hunger, an array of flavors and little waste.

Fireside red’s operations are overseen by the owners.  They are present before, during and after dining hours.  If you have something you wish to share, please do so.  We are not too proud to admit we can always improve.  Plain and simple, we are here to serve our guests.  Sometimes we take a day off.  Don’t take it personally.  We have attentive managers as well.

Fireside red is an escape from the norm.  Enjoy the occasional live entertainment, take in the spacious view from the outdoor deck overlooking the Deschutes or be a guest at our chef’s counter and watch as the chef and his team create culinary delights.  We keep it fresh and reflect the change in seasons by changing our menu often, but do not forget to leave room for dessert.  Our Pastry Chef, Michele Morris is classically French trained and has a resume that includes AAA/5-Diamond resorts!
